Paul Wight is seemingly ready to make another comeback with All Elite Wrestling.
Wight hasn’t been seen on AEW programming since getting slammed on the hood of a car by Powerhouse Hobbs back in November 2023 on Dynamite.
The All Elite Wrestling star recently took to his Instagram page and said he plans to return to the ring soon.
“Hey everybody, Paul Wight here. I know it’s been a while; I’ve been a little lax on my social media posts. I bet you wonder what do giants do when they’re not in the ring. Well, this giant is currently taking in the trash can. But I will be back to the ring soon, can’t wait to see you guys. Yes, the sweats also because I just got home from the gym I don’t want you to think I’m gonna explode just from walking the trash can in. It’s all good. Have a great day.”
Despite not being seen in All Elite Wrestling since November, Wight did compete and win a six-man tag on the Jericho Cruise in January. The match saw Wight team with Chris Jericho and Speedball Mike Bailey to defeat Kyle Fletcher, Lance Archer, and Powerhouse Hobbs.
Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on Wight’s in-ring return as it becomes available.
