Manchester United suffered a heavy defeat to Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Monday night. Maybe the writing was on the wall.
The form guide didn’t read well for a United fan.
Oliver Glasner’s side had been in good form, and the Reds had won just one in six matches heading into the game.
Matters were made worse because United were awful from the first minute and lost 4-0 at Selhurst Park. The defeat only piles more pressure on Erik ten Hag, with United now at risk of failing to qualify for Europe next season.
Two senior INEOS staff were in attendance for United’s latest capitulation.
Technical director Jason Wilcox was pictured in the stands alongside interim chief executive and INEOS Sport CEO Jean-Claude Blanc, was was spotted by reporters arriving at the stadium on Monday evening.

United were woeful so there wasn’t many positives for Wilcox or Blanc to take from the game. It was a walk in the park for Palace.
