Neal Maupay is known for his cheekiness on the pitch, but Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been drawn into his antics off it.

The Brentford striker hasn't been shy to get under the skin of his opponents during his Premier League career in acts of so-called 's***housery'.

He imitated James Maddison's dart celebration in their defeat at Tottenham before Manchester City star Kyle Walker appeared to take issue with what he said in their clash on Monday night.

Following their bust-up, Maupay took to Brentford's social media to play a TikTok game where he is tasked to blind rank ten footballers.

Stars of the past and present were randomly selected, including Michael Owen, Angel Di Maria and the late, great Franz Beckenbauer.

However, when Aubameyang was next for selection, it is fair to say Maupay was less than impressed with the former Arsenal and Chelsea man.

"Oh my god, can I put him 11th? Ah, I can't. No hard feelings but I put you in three," he said before Erling Haaland and Andres Iniesta were named one and two respectively.

Maupay's decision on Aubameyang may have been a little different if the now Marseille star wasn't pictured in a Chelsea shirt.

The Gabon international endured a difficult spell with the Blues as he scored just three goals in 21 appearances across all competitions.

Aubameyang proved much more influential at Arsenal following his move from Borussia Dortmund, netting 92 goals in 163 matches.

Despite his previous scoring efforts, it wasn't enough for Maupay to put him on top spot as Haaland took the throne in his list.

The City striker will be fully aware of the Frenchman's behaviour on the pitch following the row with his teammate Walker.

Simon Jordan insists Neal Maupay was right to use Kyle Walker's personal issues to get into his head during Brentford's game with Manchester City

talkSPORT's Simon Jordan revealed his belief that Maupay is a 'wind-up merchant' and got under his skin because 'Walker is an infinitely better player.'

Wolves are next to play Brentford as they clash on Saturday afternoon and their players will surely keep a close eye on the Bees man amid his latest on-pitch acts.
