Poppa’s House Season 1 is coming to an end on CBS.
In the show, starring Damon Wayans and Damon Wayans Jr., legendary radio host “Poppa” has his point of view challenged at work and at home where he finds himself still parenting his adult son.
Ahead of the Season 1 finale, the network has revealed the premiere date details for the final episode of the season, as well as some details about what’s going down.

The Poppa’s House Season 1 finale airs at 8:30 p.m. ET on Monday, April 28.
Here’s an official synopsis, via TVLine: “Poppa prepares to reveal a big secret to Ivy. Meanwhile, Nina takes over Junior’s short film project.”
As far as whether there will be a second season, CBS has not yet renewed the show. Stay tuned as we wait to find out a decision on whether there will be a Season 2.
