Popup Bagels owner Adam Goldberg stopped by the Page Six studio and brought his famous bagels and schmears for us. He changes his spreads each week and flavors have included Oreo cream cheese and sweet basil butter. Goldberg is participating in a Sunday brunch event at the New York City Wine and Food Festival October 20. We also asked Golderg to weigh in on famous celebrity bagel orders including Alix Earle's and Cynthia Nixon's order that horrified New Yorkers. Check out the video and watch us sample the schmears.
