Porsha Williams is hitting back at estranged husband Simon Guobadia for engaging in “superfluous media antics” as their divorce plays out in the public eye.

“Our client, Porsha Williams, is making a conscious effort not to respond to every superfluous document Simon Iyore Guobadia, aka, Iyore Guobadia, releases to the press, instead, we will rely on the document his attorney prepared before they were married, which was agreed upon and signed by both parties,” the reality star’s attorney, Randall M. Kessler, exclusively tells Page Six in a statement.

The founding partner of Kessler & Solomiany: Divorce & Family Law Attorneys emphasizes that the returning “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member, 42, hopes Guobadia can agree to handle matters in court from here on out.

“Her legal position is straightforward, and she trusts that the court will review the pleadings and relevant law to handle this matter in court, not via the media,” the lawyer continues. “Mr. Guobadia’s decision to repeatedly distribute his legal filings and letters to press prior to sending us a copy as is standard protocol, should be a matter for the court to deal with and we are asking the court to do so.”

Kessler concludes, “Any other filings, inter-office correspondences, or media antics from the opposing party will be disregarded and used legally as much as possible to further bolster her position.”

Williams’ response comes after Guobadia, 59, has spent the past several days disparaging her character via a succession of legal motions riddled with outlandish claims.

He went so far as to accuse the Bravolebrity of bringing a “gunman” to their Georgia home — though she later blasted him for painting a “false narrative” in a Tuesday filing of her own obtained by Page Six.

“The parties have always had personal security, as such it is unclear why Husband is attempting to push a false narrative that even minimally suggests that Wife returned to the marital residence with any nefarious intentions,” the legal doc read.

Williams’ legal counsel added in the filing, “Like Mr. Guobadia, Ms. Williams has a right to feel safe in the home. The parties have always had armed security, so this is nothing out of the ordinary for them. As Ms. Williams told the police officers, and your client, she has no intention to intimidate Mr. Guobadia or create any unnecessary drama whatsoever.”

On Thursday, Guobadia sent a cease-and-desist letter to True Entertainment, the production company behind “RHOA,” demanding that it stops filming at his house amid his split from Williams.

However, the letter was seemingly written for naught as a source close to production for the Bravo reality show has assured Page Six that nothing has been filmed at Guobadia’s house for the upcoming 16th season.

Williams filed for divorce from Guobadia in February after just one year of marriage.

Since then, she has called out the businessman for displaying allegedly “vindictive” behavior, claiming in a legal filing that he had the garage codes and door locks on their marital home changed so she would be unable to gain access.

Guobadia had been in Dubai when he allegedly had Williams locked out of their house.

Williams maintains that their prenuptial agreement states that Guobadia must vacate the home within 30 days of a divorce filing — which he has failed to do.

Given that Williams filed for divorce on Feb. 22, 2024, Guobadia would have had to vacate the house by March 22.

Instead, Williams claims, Guobadia asked for 10 additional days, which she and her team rejected.

The mother of one — who shares 5-year-old daughter Pilar Jhena’, aka “Pj,” with ex Dennis McKinley — has severed all public ties to Guobadia, removing his last name from her Instagram account and deleting various photos.

In her Tuesday filing, Williams summed up her reasons for leaving Guobadia.

In part, she explained that shocking reports about the Nigeria native’s alleged immigration fraud and what appeared to be an imminent threat of deportation, among other alarming accusations, took a toll on her mental and emotional wellbeing. (Guobadia has denied such claims in a legal filing.)

“There are more than one or two reasons we are in this place and I’m forced to make this decision. I will make sure they are written and listed for you to see. There is nothing in this world that would have told me I would have to divorce you or that I would even contemplate leaving you even for a day,” Williams wrote, addressing Guobadia directly.

“However what is between us rocks our foundation to the core. I have always trusted you from day one when I took your hand and started on this journey, I’ve always stressed to you that I feel safe with you and how important for someone like me that is,” she elaborated.

“I’ve also loved you through and through! But all of this shows me you have not cared for me the same and that is a huge problem. Your job is to protect Pj and I and you have not.”
