Details About Passing Of Too Short’s Brother

KTVU reports that Wayne was allegedly at a cannabis grow house during the fatal shooting because he had been staying there.

Meanwhile, Bay Area’s NBC News has said police suspect the incident was an attempted robbery. However, they have not determined if the shooting was targeted or a wrong-place-wrong-time situation. They’re also investigating Wayne’s connection to the building.

Oakland police Lt. Gloria Beltran said, “The suspects arrived to the location. They attempted to force their way into the property. While they were attempting their way in, the victim stepped out, was confronted by the suspects. The suspects fired several rounds at the victim.”

Wayne Shaw was taken to a local hospital but passed away from his multiple gunshot wounds.

Too Short Sheds Tears During Car Ride

On Thursday, the West Coast hip-hop shared two clips on his Instagram feed of him jamming to music in his car in between shedding tears. He never spoke directly to the camera, nor did he speak on the fatal shooting, but he shed tears and wiped at them as he bopped his head. His first clip’s caption read, “Real tears.”

Too Short’s million-plus followers have started to pour into the comment sections of his posts, sharing their condolences for his brother. Among that list so far are Rick Ross, Kenny Burns, and Layzie Bone.

More details to come. R.I.P. Wayne Shaw!
