This (see below) is how the Premier League form table looks after this weekend’s matches, sweet reading for Newcastle United fans.

Newcastle United smashing Tottenham, who were lucky to escape with a four goal hiding.

Eddie Howe’s side with that 12.30pm kick-off, kicking off what proved to be a very enjoyable weekend of top tier football (and results!).

So here is the newly updated Premier League form table, which covers the past six matches for all teams, after Saturday and Sunday’s matches:

An absolutely massive achievement by Eddie Howe and his (small) merry band of available players.

The last six results for Newcastle United with very latest one listed first:

Newcastle 4 Tottenham 0

Fulham 0 Newcastle 1

Newcastle 1 Everton 1

Newcastle 4 West Ham 3

Chelsea 3 Newcastle 2

Newcastle 3 Wolves 0

As you can see, Newcastle United now in third place in this newly updated Premier League form table.

NUFC with thirteen points from four wins, one draw and one defeat, with fifteen goals scored and seven conceded.

Man City are top of the Premier League form table with one more point than Newcastle, whilst Arsenal are only ahead of NUFC on goal difference in the form table, having also picked up 13 points.

Liverpool in fourth having picked up 11 points from a possible 18.

This is how the full Premier League table currently now looks on Monday 15 April 2024:

Eddie Howe and his players giving Newcastle United a seriously good platform to now attack these remaining six matches.

Also, it is worth looking at the Premier League form table and the six clubs Newcastle United still have left to play.

In their combined last six matches each, they have won only five of a possible thirty six most recent matches.

Brighton, Man U, Burnley, Palace and Brentford have each only won one of their last six PL matches, whilst Sheff Utd haven’t won any of their last half dozen. Four of these six clubs are also in the bottom seven of the full Premier League table.
