This feels like maybe a pivotal match for Newcastle United where the rest of this season is concerned.

A win would take NUFC above West Ham if the Hammers fail to win away at Wolves today.

Whilst Eddie Howe’s side would also close to within one points of Man U, who don’t play until Sunday when they have a tough home game against Liverpool.

A win today at Fulham and Newcastle’s four points from their last two home games won’t look too shabby.

However, anything less than a win and maybe hopes of a strong finish to the season very much diminish.
