A third noted, “I swear it feels like it was just yesterday I was waiting for your arrival.”

George was born in July 2013, two years after Middleton and William, 42, tied the knot at Westminster Abbey.

He became a big brother in 2015 when Princess Charlotte, now 9, arrived, followed by Prince Louis, now 6, in 2018.

Louis relaxed on a picnic blanket in his smiling portrait.

Middleton is often behind the camera for her kids‘ annual photos — but fans weren’t sure whether she would continue the tradition this year as the royal is battling cancer.

She shared her diagnosis in March, two months after she stepped back from public duties to recover from abdominal surgery.

Middleton has made appearances at two events since, making her return at Trooping the Colour in June before attending Wimbledon earlier this month.

She and William initially kept quiet about her health struggles in order to “explain everything” to their kids in an “appropriate” way.

“As I have said to them, I am well and getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that

will help me heal in my mind, body and spirits,” Middleton explained in her March statement.

“William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family,” she continued at the time, noting that George, Charlotte and Louis had been reassured that she is “going to be OK.”
