Prince Harry recalled a moment of “genuine concern” for his then-pregnant wife, Meghan Markle, when they attended the 2018 Invictus Games.
“Every Invictus Games creates incredible experiences and holds special memories for everyone involved,” the Duke of Sussex said during an interview with Us Weekly.
“My wife has been part of this community since shortly after the Orlando Games in 2016 and has loved every minute of it.”

Harry, 40, shared that one of his fondest memories with the Duchess of Sussex, 43, is when they attended the multi-sport event for injured, wounded or sick active military members and veterans in Sydney while she was pregnant with their first child, Prince Archie.
“There are so many special memories, but I’ll never forget the bear hug I received from Rob out on Sydney Harbor — and my genuine concern that he might try the same with my wife, who was pregnant at the time!” he recalled.

Markle also posted a sweet video on her Instagram Story that showed her and Harry holding hands while walking on a snow slope.
A source told Page Six that the former actress left the Invictus games earlier than Harry “to ensure she could be with the children while the Duke continues supporting the remainder of the Games.”
