The All Elite Wrestling Tag Team division went through some growing pains in 2024, but Private Party hopes to get things back on track in 2025.
AEW World Tag Team Champions Private Party recently sat down with Courtney Devores of The Charlotte Observer. When asked what their title victory over the Young Bucks meant to them, Kassidy said he believes it solidified everything they’ve been through as a team.
“It solidified everything we’d been through,” Isiah Kassidy said. “All the setbacks and trial and error. It made everything we’d been through since the first time I stepped into a training ring worth it.”
When asked what their news goals are now that they have the titles, Kassidy stated they intend to do a fresh restart of AEW’s Tag Team division.
“We’re the leaders of the tag division and I want to do a fresh restart,” Isiah Kassidy said. “(AEW) had the throne for the best tag-team division (in the industry), but I think it’s been forgotten about.”
