He’ll report to Head of Scripted, Rodney Ferrell, and Propagate Chairman, Ben Silverman.

“Jack and Grant have proven themselves to be exceptional leaders with the vision and creativity to drive our programming and partnerships to new heights,” said Co-CEO Owens. “These promotions reflect their outstanding contributions to Propagate’s growth and our confidence in their ability to elevate our content and strategic initiatives even further.”

In his expanded role, Nusinow will partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives while reporting directly to COO and Group President Drew Buckley. He previously spent 11 years at PwC in their Deals practice, advising media and entertainment clients on mergers, acquisitions, and business strategy.

In Raymundo’s new role as Vice President, Finance & Accounting, she will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial planning, and business analysis.

“Noah and Belle’s strategic vision, financial expertise, and dedication to excellence have consistently elevated our operations,” said COO and Group President Buckley. “Ben, Howard, and I have been thoroughly impressed by their ability to navigate complex challenges with insight and precision. Their promotion reflects not only their past achievements but also the immense confidence we have in their leadership as we continue to grow and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.”
