With the title of French champion already gleaned, PSG is now tackling records. After its victory yesterday in Nice (1-2), the capital club beat the number of points won away from home in Ligue 1 in a season with 18 teams. With 40 points acquired away from their bases this season (12 wins, 4 draws), the Parisians equal the record of Saint-Étienne (1969-1970), if we count the three-point victory.

The Parisians could even do better than the Foréziens from Sunday in the event of a favorable result in Metz. PSG already held the record for the number of points won away from home in Ligue 1. It was during the historic 2015-2016 season, with 48 points acquired in 19 matches.
