This is a first since QSI came to PSG (outside the covid period in 2020). There will be no summer tour abroad. According to information from The Teamthe capital club has finally given up on its training camp in China planned for after the restart. The reasons are above all calendar-related. The management believes that the timing is not good and would risk tiring out players who are already in high demand due to the international calendar.

In addition to the club season that ended four weeks ago, this summer of 2024 is marked by the Euro, the Copa America and the Olympic Games. PSG will still travel to China on August 8 to face Monaco in the Champions Trophy. By giving up on this tour, the Parisians are also turning their backs on a big check. Last year, the trip to Japan and Korea brought in €25 million.
