PSG finally has its second summer recruit

Russian goalkeeper Matvey Safonov is no longer PSG’s only summer signing. Joao Neves is officially a player of the capital club.

For several days, the official announcement of João Neves’ arrival at PSG has been awaited. This Monday afternoon, the suspense is over. “Paris Saint-Germain is very pleased to announce the signing of João Neves. The 19-year-old midfielder has committed to the Club until 2029”announced the capital club on its official website.

He could then be lined up by Luis Enrique for the advanced match of the first day of Ligue 1, on Friday August 16, on the pitch at Le Havre.
