Paris Saint-Germain finally has its second signing of the summer. After snatching the signature of Russian Matvey Safonov from FK Krasnodar, the Parisian club had targeted the young Benfica talent João Neves to strengthen its midfield. After long negotiations, the 19-year-old will become a PSG player.
