In an interview with Prime Video, Javier Pastore, former Paris Saint-Germain player, looked back on current events in the Ile-de-France region. The opportunity for the Argentinian to praise Kylian Mbappé, his former partner. “He is a player who makes the difference in every match. He gave a lot. We hope that they win it (the Champions League, editor’s note) this year, but otherwise we will wait for the next few years for the players who arrive to give it to the supporters. This is the most important thing: it is not important which players win it, but that the club wins it! I always send messages to Kylian Mbappé when he has big matches. It’s almost every game! (laughs) But I talk to lots of players”admitted the 34-year-old player.

Relaunched on the Ousmane Dembélé case, the ex-Parisian was, here too, enthusiastic. “He’s a fantastic player, he’s skinny like me (laughs), he’s livelier than me but it’s always exceptional to see him”, declared the person concerned in particular. To conclude, Pastore finally spoke of Parisian chances on the European scene. “I think PSG will get there. We spent many years on the limit. I think it’s going to happen.” The message has gotten through!
