In the documentary series of Movistar on Luis Enrique, a new sequence reveals a ritual of the Paris Saint-Germain coach. During a work meeting with his deputies, the Spaniard interrupted the discussion to do push-ups and squats. Physical exercises that the former coach of La Roja carries out every 30 minutes if we are to believe his words.

“Sorry, sorry, half an hour”declares the person concerned to his staff in the sequence before getting up and carrying out his series of exercises. “Every 30 minutes you have to move, all muscle groups”adds the Spaniard. A member of the staff smiles and asks him: “do you also get up every half hour during the night?” Response from Luis Enrique? “At night too”. Before launching once your session is over: “I’m ready” and get back to work.
