Initially linked to Paris Saint-Germain until 2025, Luis Enrique has decided to extend his lease in the capital until 2027. This is in any case the current trend. His extension could be accompanied by that of Luis Campos, sports advisor of the Parisian club. Even if, for the moment, nothing has been done and discussions are continuing. Asked about this at a press conference before PSG-Lens, Luis Enrique hopes to see the Portuguese stay by his side in Paris.
“ I have daily contact with Luis Campos. If we don’t see each other, we’re on the phone, but we mostly see each other physically. I started this project with him, I did my interview with him. It’s obvious that we don’t know what will happen, but I hope that the future will be written with him and his entire team. (…) I have felt good since my arrival. I was able to plan the signings with Luis Campos and Nasser al-Khelaïfi. There were already players recruited, players left and others arrived. Maybe I feel more comfortable now, but maybe that’s because I’m not new and I know the players and the people involved. But last season, I consider it very positive “, explained the Iberian technician.
