Despite the rumors, the Emir of Qatar, owner of PSG, should not return to the charge to extend Mbappé during the dinner organized by Emmanuel Macron this Tuesday.

Kylian Mbappé, striker at Paris Saint-Germain, is invited this Tuesday evening to a dinner at the Elysée with the President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron.

The Emir of Qatar Tamin bin Hamad Al Thani, owner of the Parisian club, and its president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi will also be present. Enough to fuel speculation about a possible attempt by PSG to extend Mbappé’s contract, which expires at the end of the season.

The Emir makes a strong choice

The French prodigy has already announced his intention to leave the club, but this invitation could be an opportunity for Qatari leaders to make him a new offer.

However, according to RMC Sport, neither the Emir of Qatar nor the Parisian president have the intention of reversing the decision of the 2018 world champion. They would respect his choice to leave PSG this summer and the dinner would rather be the occasion to discuss other topics.
