It had been discussed for several years, but the naming project for the Parc des Princes was abandoned by PSG. According to The Parisian, the capital club has decided to keep the name Parc des Princes at its stadium for the moment because no discussions have led to anything. Same thing for the Campus, the new training center in Poissy, which could also have been renamed by the name of a company.

The good economic results were right in this decision. PSG thus finished on the podium of clubs having achieved the best turnover in football for the 2022-2023 season (800 million euros over the financial year, a increase of 23% compared to 2021-2022). The capital club is mainly focusing on the acquisition of the Parc des Princes or the construction of a new stadium.
