The links between Paris Saint-Germain and Morocco have always been marked by a shared passion for football. The presence of Moroccan defender Achraf Hakimi in the Parisian ranks illustrates this deep connection between the country and the Club. With 4.9 million followers across all platforms, Morocco is the 10th country with the most Paris Saint-Germain supporters on social networks. More broadly in this region, 18.6 million fans are subscribed to Paris Saint-Germain on a social network, or 12% of the club’s total fanbase which has 214 million followers. It will offer its players a brand new 11-a-side football pitch, as well as 5-a-side, 7-a-side and 9-a-side football pitches, allowing it to accommodate young people aged 4 to 18, girls and boys. To provide an optimal welcome to its future players and their families, a café area and three padel courts will also be made available to them (…) This ambitious project could be developed in the future with new centres or new programmes throughout the kingdom, thus helping to establish Paris Saint-Germain as the club of the new generation throughout the world.” Good news for PSG!
