Two days before the Coupe de France final against Olympique Lyonnais, Paris Saint-Germain held a third collective session this Thursday at the PSG Campus since the resumption of training on Tuesday afternoon. A session which was notably marked by the surprise return of a certain Presnel Kimpembe as indicated The Parisian. Having another operation on the Achilles tendon at the beginning of December after a rupture in February 2023, the 28-year-old French defender completed part of today’s session.

Although he participated in a few exercises with the rest of his teammates, he then continued training individually. Good news for the French champion although his presence does not mean that he will be in the PSG group for the final, Saturday in Lille. Note, however, that Kylian Mbappé and Ousmane Dembélé, at the heart of the controversy after their trip to Cannes, will be part of the group convened by Luis Enrique.
