Presnel Kimpembe has not worn the Paris Saint-Germain jersey on the football pitch since February 26, 2023 against Olympique de Marseille. And clearly, his return is not for right away. According to The Teamthe French defender is unlikely to return before the international break in September. The reason? A muscle discomfort in his left leg has disrupted his recovery program. PSG does not want to take any risks with the 29-year-old player.

Affected by an Achilles tendon, the French international (28 caps) has undergone surgery twice in almost a year. While he had worked hard to return this summer, Kimpembe will have to wait a little longer before returning to the pitch.
