Returning from an unsuccessful loan at AS Roma, Renato Sanches (26) was informed by Luis Enrique that he was not part of Paris Saint-Germain’s plans for the 2024/2025 season. Under contract until 2027, the Portuguese midfielder could also return home. As part of the transfer of João Neves to PSG, Benfica is discussing the arrival on loan of Sanches.

And according to The Gamethe Aguias see this option in a very positive light, especially for financial reasons. According to the Portuguese newspaper, PSG would not claim any compensation for the loan and would pay the player’s entire salary (around €5 million). It should be noted, however, that this loan would come with a purchase option, the amount of which has not been disclosed.
