Paris Saint-Germain does the job against Toulouse FC. This Friday evening, as part of the 12th day of Ligue 1, the Rouge et Bleu defeated Téfécé with a score of 3 goals to 0.

A valuable success which allows us to gain confidence before the big shock against Bayern Munich this Tuesday in the Champions League for the 5th day. Author of a superb goal against Toulouse, Joao Neves showed confidence in the mixed zone before the trip to the Bavarian club’s pitch.

“CIt’s always important to win, it gives us confidence before this match against Bayern. I think we are ready for this match and we will give our best as always. We are PSG, we want to win all the time. The most important thing is to play our matches. Because we were always close to winning when we played like that. We haven’t studied Bayern yet but we will do so soon,” he told journalists after the meeting.

A PSG in danger

Paris Saint-Germain is in great danger in this 2024-2025 edition of the Champions League. Only 19th in the ranking with 5 units, Luis Enrique’s men are currently eliminated from the competition.

The Parisians will have to pull out all the stops at the end of the first phase to secure a ticket for the round of 16 or even the play-offs. In addition to Bayern Munich this Tuesday, the capital club will later face Red Bull Salzburg, Manchester City and Stuttgart.
