In search of a new central defender, PSG has just made official the arrival of the young Ecuadorian Willian Pacho (22 years old), recruited for a sum of €45 million and until 2029. The former Frankfurt player gave his first interview for his new club and explained why he chose to sign with Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

“I’m very happy, the truth is that I’m here and I’m going to do a good job. It’s great, it’s another level and it’s incredible and I’m going to enjoy myself here, I’m sure of it. It’s been a dream since I was a child, it’s a great club and I’m very happy. I had the conviction that I was going to grow by coming here, as a person and as a player, I’ll do my best. I spoke with Luis Enrique and it’s the first time I’ve encountered the excitement of coming to Paris.”explained the new Parisian recruit.
