The Xavi Simons saga has finally found its conclusion.

Xavi Simons finally knows what his future holds. Torn between the possibility of joining Bayern Munich, spending an additional season at Leipzig or trying his luck at Paris Saint-Germain, with whom he is under contract until June 2027, the Dutch attacking midfielder has finally made his decision.

Indeed, while the Amsterdammer was due to give his decision this week, Sky Sport Germany revealed this Monday that the former La Masia player has opted for a new loan to Leipzig.

A promising first exercise in Germany

The German media outlet specifies that the Parisian leaders and their German counterparts are currently in the process of finalizing this new agreement.

As a reminder, the Batavian, eliminated with the Netherlands in the semi-final of the Euro, recorded 10 goals and 15 assists in 43 appearances for the Rotten Bullen last season.
