QT Marshall won a physique event.
Marshall took to Twitter to comment on competing in his first classic physique event. He stated that he won first place. In the post, Marshall noted that he decided to change his lifestyle a year ago.

Marshall also noted that he put in the work while no one was looking. He explained that he wanted to prove that you can do anything you set your mind to.
I didn’t speak publicly about what I was doing. I just wanted to put the work in while no one is looking, where it matters.
