Queer Eye's Tan France to Make Acting Debut In Upcoming Hulu Comedy 'Deli Boys'

Tan France is dabbling in acting!

The 41-year-old Queer Eye star has been announced to be joining the cast of Hulu‘s upcoming comedy series Deli Boys.

“It’s @hulu official…. I joined @deliboyshulu for my first acting role ever. I cannot wait for you to see this INCREDIBLE show!” Tan wrote on his Instagram story.

According to Variety, Tan will have a guest star role on the show, playing “Zubair, a British Pakistani South London gang leader who is described as ‘smart, intimidating and dressed to kill.’”

Deli Boys is an upcoming half-hour comedy for Hulu, which premieres on Thursday, March 6th.

Here’s a synopsis: When their convenience store-magnate father suddenly dies, a pair of pampered Pakistani American brothers lose everything and are forced to reckon with their Baba’s secret life of crime as they attempt to take up his mantle in the underworld.

The news was announced on Sunday (January 26) as the stars of the show – Asif Ali, Saagar Shaikh and Poorna Jaganathan – are in attendance at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival.

The night before the news, Tan joined the cast at the Sunrise Collective Multicultural Unity Dinner held at Pine Cone Ridge on Saturday (January 25) in Park City, Utah. Check out all the photos in the gallery!
