IMG Credit: WWEThat was quick. There are all kinds of injuries in wrestling and some of them can be quite severe. You never know when you are going to see someone put out of action for a good while and unfortunately this kind of thing can come out of nowhere. That is what took place earlier this month, but thankfully in this case things do not seem to be the most serious for a change.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: REVIEW: Monday Night Raw – December 23, 2013: The Battle For Christmas
Earlier this month, it was reported that NXT’s Wes Lee suffered a foot or ankle injury during a WWE Main Event taping. According to PWInsider.com, Lee has already been medically cleared to return and took part in an NXT taping earlier this week. Lee had not been active at last week’s NXT tapings in Lowell, Massachusetts. There is no word on when he will be returning to the ring.
Lee is very talented. Check out what he can do when he is around:
Opinion: That is good to hear as you never want to see anyone on the injured list for any amount of time. It seems that Lee is going to be back in the ring rather quickly, which is about as good of a result as possible. He is doing rather well in NXT at the moment and it would be a shame to see him missing any serious time due to an injury. Thankfully that doesn’t seem to be the case, which is better than a lot of cases.
What do you think of Lee? What is next for him in NXT? Let us know in the comments below.
