The construction work of the Krishna Raj bungalow in Bandra is on at full throttle. Oftentimes Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt drop by the construction site and were snapped there a couple of days ago too. Now a report has surfaced suggesting this bungalow be named in RK and Alia’s daughter’s name.

You read that right. As per a recent report, Ranbir ‘will name the bungalow’ to one-year-old Raha Kapoor’s name. This in turn will reportedly make the little munchkin the youngest and richest star kid in Bollywood.

Ranbir Kapoor to gift Raha Kapoor Rs 250 crore bungalow

A Bollywood Life quoted a source in the know saying, “Ranbir and Alia are both equally investing their hard-earned money to make their dream house. The house will cost more than ₹ 250 crore once it’s all done. And this will become the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area compared with Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa.”

The source added, “It is also said that Ranbir Kapoor, who is madly and deeply in love with his daughter Raha Kapoor, will name the bungalow in her name, and this will make the little one the richest star kid in the B-Town (Bollywood). Along with this massive bungalow, both Alia and Ranbir own four flats in the Bandra area and the worth is more than ₹60 crore.”

The insider further revealed, “Neetu Kapoor will be the co-owner of the bungalow as late actor Rishi Kapoor had made her the half-owner of all his properties. Having said that, Neetu ji herself is supremely financially stable and recently bought a lavish house worth 15 crore in the Bandra area itself. It is also speculated that after the bungalow is ready the entire Kapoor Khandaan will stay together under one roof”. Currently, Alia and Ranbir live with Raha at Vastu.

On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for his next release Ramayana and Animal Park. Alia Bhatt’s next outing will be Jigra.
