Randy Orton is back.
On the June 14 episode of WWE SmackDown, Kevin Owens clashed with Solo Sikoa in the main event. The Bloodline was barred from ringside, but Paul Heyman accompanied Sikoa to the ring. Owens and Sikoa brawled right away. The former Universal Champion took the fight to Sikoa, who overpowered him throughout the bout.
Owens rallied, and Paul Heyman put Sikoa’s foot on the ropes after a Stunner. Owens went after Heyman, and he was about to slam him through a broadcast table. Sikoa stopped him by dropping Owens with a Spike at ringside. Sikoa got Owens back in the ring and hit another Spike for the win.
Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa came out after the match, and The Bloodline attacked Owens. Randy Orton then make the save as he fought them off. He dropped Tonga Loa with an RKO and stood tall with Owens to close the show.
Orton and Owens previously faced Sikoa and Owens at WWE Backlash France. They lost when Tonga Loa made his debut by interfering. Over the next few weeks, Orton advanced to the finals of the King of the Ring tournament. He lost to Gunther in the finals at WWE King and Queen of the Ring. Prior to his return on Friday, he had been absent ever since.
