Varane will collaborate with Osian Roberts, Côme 1907 Development Manager, and Juliette Bolon, Education Program Manager, to support the club’s youth development efforts. His commitment will not only benefit players, but also the wider community through educational initiatives. By integrating academic, professional and leadership training into youth programs, Varane aims to help young athletes prepare for life beyond football.
In addition to focusing on youth and education, Varane will advise Como 1907 on its product development strategy, integrating technology and innovation.
