Long injured, Arda Güler only made his debut with Real Madrid on January 6 in the Copa del Rey. Since then, his total minutes played with Casa Blanca has only approached 100 (98 exactly). However, when he is called upon, the 19-year-old Turkish prodigy responds. Against Girona, he caused a penalty, against Celta, he scored his first goal… But the demands and especially the competition that reigns in a club like Real Madrid complicate things, even when your name is Arda Güler. So much so that he has not worn the Merengue jersey since March 16.

But Real Madrid’s numerous deadlines and the virtual assurance of winning a new league title will offer a golden opportunity for the Turkish international to prove his worth since Carlo Ancelotti explained after the Clasico that Güler will have the minutes he wanna. The main interested party will therefore have his chance in particular during the three La Liga matches (Real Sociedad, Cadiz and Granada) which surround the double Champions League confrontation against Bayern Munich. The former Fenerbahce phenomenon therefore knows what remains for him to do if he wants to find a place in Madrid. Under penalty of having to move elsewhere, notably to Seville where Real Betis and Sevilla FC are making eye contact with him…
