The latest one is serious since Éder Militão suffers from a new rupture of the cruciate ligaments and will be absent for the rest of the season. The Merengues will undoubtedly need a recruit this winter in this position to be able to compete on all fronts, especially since the start of the year is rather laborious.

While waiting for the next transfer window, we have to find solutions. According to A.S.it’s Aurélien Tchouaméni, currently injured in the ankle for around three weeks, Carlo Ancelotti’s plan A. The Italian coach plans to move the usual midfielder back into central defense to play alongside Antonio Rüdiger. The Frenchman had already helped out in this position last year even if he doesn’t really like it.
