Real Madrid have just made an offer for a young prodigy playing for the Argentinian club River Plate.

Real Madrid have made a first offer for River Plate midfielder Franco Mastantuono.

According to the daily AS, Real have offered 25 million euros, knowing that River insists that his talented player will only leave if his buyout clause of 45 million euros is paid.

Real must bid higher

The Merengue are therefore forced to make an extra effort to achieve their goals. The discussions continue and in the Spanish camp there is for the moment reluctance to align with the price asked by the Argentinians.

The 16-year-old showed his talent just last Sunday, scoring from a direct free kick in River’s match against Sarmiento.

Real are open to signing him now and allowing him to stay at River for another year. He will turn 18 on August 14, 2025.
