Real Madrid wants to return to victory. Defeated on Liverpool’s pitch in the Champions League this Wednesday, Casa Blanca returns to La Liga this Sunday afternoon.
Madrid host Getafe at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium as part of the 15th day of La Liga. Second in the championship, the Merengue club can come back to within one point of FC Barcelona who lost this Saturday in front of their home crowd against Las Palmas with a score of 2 goals to 1.
To achieve a result this Sunday against Getafe, Carlo Ancelotti can count on a significant return to his squad which has been revealed. Indeed, the Brazilian Rodrygo is in the Italian’s group and will therefore be there to try to take the 3 points.
Rodrygo on the bench against Getafe
This is great news for Real Madrid in this delicate period. Rodrygo finally makes his return to the Madrid group. However, the Brazilian should not be part of Carlo Ancelotti’s starting 11 this Sunday unless there is a big surprise.
The Auriverde striker should nevertheless come into play in the second half. Kylian Mbappé has a good chance of playing again on the left side of the Merengues attack.
Here is Real Madrid’s probable starting 11:
Courtois, Vazquez, Asencio, Rüdiger, Fran Garcia, Ceballos, Valverde, Modric, Bellingham, Brahim Diaz, Mbappé
