Real Madrid wants to do another dirty trick to PSG

This season, Real Madrid has achieved everything, or almost. Widely victorious in La Liga, the Madrid club also won (once again) the Champions League by dominating Borussia Dortmund in the final. On the pitch, everything went well for the team led by Vinicius Jr. And so that the club can continue to dominate Europe, management has not stopped working on the transfer market. In this sense, a few days ago, Real Madrid announced the very big move Kylian Mbappé.

The French star arrived on a free transfer from PSG. A huge deal for the Spanish club, which got one of the best players in the world without spending a single cent. A little less for Paris, which hoped to get him to extend his contract in order to recover a transfer fee. And despite this great arrival, Real Madrid has not finished showing itself to be active on the transfer market. On the contrary. Florentino Pérez stands out for his ability to anticipate everything. In this sense, several reinforcements have already been targeted for the years to come. In addition to Alphonso Davies, who could arrive quickly, there is also talk of the German nugget Florian Wirtz for next season.

A new free start

This Wednesday, the Spanish press discusses another issue. According to A.S., Real Madrid is also thinking of renewing its right corridor. Author of an XXL season, perhaps the best of his career, Dani Carvajal will of course continue with his training club. Under contract until 2025, he should normally extend for another year (2026). For his understudy, Lucas Vazquez, he will leave the club in 2025. And Real Madrid is targeting two players for this right-back position in the future: Reece James and Achraf Hakimi. The Moroccan international is the priority for this position.

He has never hidden his desire to return to his favorite club. And with the transfer of his close friend Kylian Mbappé, seeing him return seems obvious. According to information from the Madrid media, Real Madrid does not intend to negotiate a transfer with PSG since relations between the two clubs are tense. The Merengues want to wait until 2026 to get the Moroccan back free. This would therefore coincide with the end of Carvajal’s adventure on the right. Real hopes that Achraf Hakimi will not extend with PSG who have been negotiating for several weeks to sign him a new contract. The idea is therefore to make the Moroccan understand that refusing this extension would directly open the doors of Real Madrid to him in 2 years… And that will not please PSG at all.
