The only question being whether the lawsuit will be launched in January or postponed until the summer. Carlo Ancelotti wants a new player as soon as possible, given that he only has Antonio Rudiger and Raul Asencio as options at the moment.

In recent weeks, Real Madrid have added targets to their shortlist, and one of them is Palmeiras’ Vitor Reis.

18-year-old Brazilian targeted

According to Le Journal du Real (via Sport), a January transfer is being considered for the 18-year-old, who is considered a top talent in Brazil.

Real Madrid have a strong relationship with Palmeiras following negotiations with Endrick Felipe two years ago. Reis would be a very good addition, although it would not be very wise for him to be the only central defender recruited by the club in 2025, given his youth and lack of experience in European football.
