Real Madrid are interested in Diogo Dalot, the Manchester United full-back. The Merengue are considering him as a solution to the right-back position.

The Portugal international is seen as an alternative to Liverpool’s Bosman prospect Trent Alexander-Arnold. According to Relevo, Dalot (25 years old) really appeals to the current Merengue technical staff.

An alternative to Alexander-Arnold for Real

The prestigious Spanish club has already contacted the Portuguese’s representatives with a view to a possible agreement. But the transfer will not be easy to complete, as United value Dalot at at least €50 million.

Alexander-Arnold therefore remains the first choice of Real Madrid, which is looking for a new full-back for 2025. The England international has not yet announced his intentions for the rest of his career and all scenarios remain possible concerning him.
