EXCLUSIVE: The realtor cast of Sony LIV‘s Million Dollar Listing India are getting their portfolios ready.
Ahead of the unscripted show’s launch on October 25, Ankush Sayal, Hem Batra, Navdeep Khanuja, Karuna Gidwani, Deepti Mallik and Prajesh Bhatia have been unveiled as the realtors seeking to sell some of India’s most sought-after homes.
Sayal is billed as a “trailblazer… possessing a knack for selling high-value deals” with deep family roots in the business while Batra is called “South Delhi’s go-to luxury real estate expert” with several social media profiles highlighting his work.
Khanuja is known as the ‘King of Real Estate in Gurgaon’ and trendsetter with an extensive network, while Gidwani is a business associate at a leading firm billed as having an “unconventional yet deliberate” route to real estate, having hosted events and event worked as cabin crew in Saudi Arabia.
Mallik, who earned a masters in hospitality and entrepreneurship in Switzerland, returned home to revitalize her family’s business and is now known as a “powerful trailblazer” in real estate thanks to her business sense and take on the wider economic world, Sony LIV said.
Bhatia is the youngest realtor cast, aged just 24. He uses social media to use his age to his advantage, connecting with clients and showcasing luxury properties.
Sony LIV’s remake of Million Dollar Listing was announced last month. It will be produced by Banijay Asia, having been licensed from Universal International Studios-owned NBCUniversal Formats.
