Reba McEntire is setting the record straight on claims she is leaving The Voice. The country star took to social media to call out reports that say she is leaving the NBC singing competition.

“Please do not click on any articles that say I am leaving The Voice. This is not true,” McEntire posted on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

The Voice coach shared that the hoax stemmed from people trying to scam her fans, claiming she’s behind a weight loss product.

“These are fake websites to lure people in with clickbait where they claim I have a company to sell weight loss gummy products. This is false. I do not sell or promote any type of gummy product,” she added.

The singer and actress coached two finalists in her inaugural season of the talent competition: Ruby Leigh, who was runner-up, and Jacquie Roar, who placed fourth.

McEntire has been associated with the show since its first season, back in 2011 when she appeared as an advisor for Blake Shelton’s team. She would appear in Season 8 and Season 23 as an advisor before landing her swiveling chair as a coach the following season.
