Rebecca Minkoff Announces 'Real Housewives of New York City' Exit After One Season

It’s official – Rebecca Minkoff is not returning to The Real Housewives of New York City.

After lots of rumors and speculation, the 42-year-old fashion designer announced on Tuesday night (February 4) that she is not coming back after just one season as a Friend Of on the show.

Keep reading to find out more…“2025 is a new beginning for me and with current events in the world, I am reminded the importance of family, friends and community now more than ever,” Rebecca wrote on Instagram. “The last month has given me new perspective on wanting to focus on my wildly amazing 4 kids, my supportive husband, my business of 20 years, the Female Founder Collective, my podcast and MY BOOK.”

“As much as I have learned along the way with this franchise and fans, I was to reprioritize the things that mean the most to me: designing, giving back, supporting women and raising my family,” she continued. “I am truly grateful for the experience, the friendships and the fans that have been part of this RHONY chapter. Time to turn the page.”

Rebecca joined RHONY for season 15 last summer. In an interview from September 2024, Rebecca opened up about why she decided to appear on the Bravo series.
