Happily, she will finally be meeting her future in-laws in the near future during a trip to Europe. “Ramona was born in Latvia, and it’s not as LGBTQ+-friendly as other countries are,” she explained to the outlet, adding, “I just think some people need a bit more time — and some people won’t ever come around to it, and that’s fine, and that’s their decision.” The actress credited her daughter as being “the real icebreaker” between herself and Ramona‘s parents. She said that they talk via FaceTime, which has brought them together.
