Barça recruited him for €300,000, before selling him for 3.5 million euros to the Andalusians. The Catalans had also secured 10% of the capital gain on a future sale. The Barcelonans will therefore receive €650,000 thanks to Akieme, in addition to the €3.2 million already obtained at the time. A small, non-negligible amount when we know that Barça’s finances are very complicated and that every single euro counts.
