The Stade Rennais transfer window continues to take on a Nordic accent. While the Dane Albert Grønbaek and the Finn Glen Kamara have arrived from FK Bodø/Glimt and Leeds United, it is the turn of the Norwegian Leo Østigård to make his arrival from Naples.

The 24-year-old central defender arrives for a cheque of 7 million euros and has signed a three-year contract. “His personality, his character and his technical qualities make him a valuable defender. He likes to go into battle and give his all for his team, we are very happy to welcome him among us,” said sporting director Frederic Massara about him.
