Rennes-Milan, the big news

Initially scheduled on RMC Sport, the Europa League meeting between Stade Rennais and AC Milan will finally be broadcast unencrypted on RMC Découverte.

Good news for football fans and in particular those of Stade Rennais. There will be not one but two Europa League matches broadcast unencrypted this week, since the meeting between Rennes and AC Milan will finally be broadcast on RMC Découverte, with Stéphane Guy and Eric Di Méco live from Roazhon Park.

For the Europa League and the Europa Conference League, Canal+ Foot and W9 broadcast the best poster every week. For the first leg of the play-offs, the Lens-Fribourg match was chosen. For this week, it was the meeting between Olympique de Marseille and Shakhtar Donetsk which was favored.

Lens, Rennes and Marseille clearly, but not Toulouse

For all other matches, RMC Sport has the choice. And it sometimes happens that the group chooses to program a match on one of its TNT channels. This was not the case last week, but it will be the case this time with this tempting Rennes-Milan.

In these Europa League play-offs, Lens, Rennes and Marseille will therefore have been entitled to their unencrypted broadcast. Only Toulouse, which faces Benfica Lisbon, will have seen its two matches broadcast exclusively on a pay channel.

The TV program for the Europa League return play-offs:

Thursday February 22, 6:45 p.m.:

Fribourg-Lens on RMC Sport 1

Toulouse-Benfica on RMC Sport 3

Rennes-AC Milan on RMC Sport 5 and unencrypted on RMC Découverte

Thursday February 22, 9:00 p.m.:

Marseille-Shakhtar Donetsk on W9 and Canal+ Foot
