WWE’s Alexa Bliss has been out of action since the Royal Rumble even in 2023. Since then she has been away from the ring and TV as she gave birth to her first child and also experienced some health concerns she attended to.
The last report about a Bliss return came in September when PWInsider said she was likely to return after the holidays. This seems to still be the case.

WWE is currently working on when and how Alexa Bliss would return to storylines.
The belief among those spoken with is that Bliss would likely return by Wrestlemania season.
As fans, we know the road to WrestleMania begins at the Royal Rumble. This year, the Rumble takes place on Feb. 1.
Bliss has thrown out teasers about a return here and there on her social media platforms. She recently posted about her child’s first birthday.
